ABSTRACT

The objects of Rarticle Physics (PP) experiments are mostly named as particles. While particles even of Sub-atomic (10^(-10)-10^(-18)) scales, actually of the small size scales, considered as the material objects of a finite, not of negligeable size, but not in theoretical PP and long ago. At the beginning of XX specifically was established, primarily on purpose, the point of view that the Sub-atomic Particles (SAP) are the points, just the points with attached to them mass. Later on was added artificially the charge and spin.

A single electron model (mostly of Ph.M.Kanarev's theory and model) and many electrons as arrays at different scales that ready for dynamics and dynamics modeling. This modeling - including and for accelerators, cannot be done correctly with the COHP archaic One-scale One-phase tools and methods. In COHP electrons in mass' are just the Fabulous dunce "creatures." While the governing equations are incorrect.

So, the SAP became the pure mathematical objects of Point-Mass-Charge-Spin (PMCS) character. As it was accepted in Classical Mechanics (CM) of XVIII with material objects even of planetary scale. In PP in the XX century and now on physicists followed the trend also because there were no theoretical point of view, no method - physical or mathematical, to treat the sub-atomic particles simultaneously as the small volumetric objects with properties and at the same time, to have the intermedium connecting physically these particles.

There were no understanding, definitions, theories, treatments in physics and mathematics about the Heterogeneous media sciences. Professors don't teach this to students now. This was one of the major reasons why the intermedium physical subject, space of the aether was just deleted from the existance in science and universe at the beginning of XX.

Nevertheless, experimentalists found themselves in between the hard hammer and an anvil, because they knew that particles are still the Volumetric objects those that run in their vacuum vessels and/or accelerators.

We wrote and studied on this ridiculous false situation in PP and consider the sub-atomic particles, problems, tasks (and, of course, of a larger scale size) as the Polyphase-Polyscale-Polyphysics (3P) subject matters with the treatment theories, methods of Hierarchical Scaled Physics (HSP) only to be applied. Staying with the facts and the sober minds.

Meanwhile, apart of sober minds and hard facts the methods of Hierarchical Mathematics long ago actually disclosed that the scaled (at least of the two scales) treatment of PP problems inevitably brings in the problem's study the new Interscale Interaction hidden in COHP physical facts, mathematical statements and effects, those that couldn't be seen or thought of in the One-scale PP treatments. Unbelievable outcomes, isn't it?

We consider this discovery as the actual end of the One-scale Particle physics and the beginning of the HSPP (Hierarchical Scaled Particle Physics).

In this particular communication we apply the methods of HSPP to the some efforts for finding Quantitatively the Interscale Interparticle Hidden in COHP additional physical phenomena, forces that we belive are present in many designs for experiments in accelerators. We discuss and explain the roles that the aether and aether's phases play in Interaction and Effects of Parallel EM dynamics and Momentum dynamics in fluxes of SAP.

The measurement techniques and measurements provided for a one separate SAP and for a swarm of SAP in Dynamics are of the big difference in HSP. We suggest and discuss some techniques for possible SAP experiments for finding the characteristics, for example, of the so-called "particle-wave" behavior of particulate media, etc.

Meanwhile, we completely aware that PP physicists by the definition, by their education and internal community culture do not know and understand the Continuum media physics disciplines. And vice versa, Continuum physics engineers and scientists do not understand strange and false conjectures of established PP. That kind of education and working environments were evolved by design and on purpose throughout the XX.

Remember visiting Accelerators at Argonne National Lab in the middst of the 90s and talking to servising personnel was surprised somehow that they even did not understand how is the considering particle flow/fluxes in the accelerators as the real separate particles, then in mass' of these particles for a comparison of properties? For them properties were already known and interparticle properties were known as well. What can be found new?

Little later the same "success" had with the Brookhaven National Laboratory Accelerator department people. I understood that there should be a long line of education and cooperation with that trained personnel before they even can understand what is not known to them. They usually think that we - outside of Nat. Labs should know something from them, not vice versa! So they are trained as such and used to it.

We consider imbalances in apprehension of various design schemes, ideas regarding HSPP experiments about the Interscale Interaction hidden in COHP physical forces, effects and are looking forward to mutual coping in collaboration effort.
